Our experience with Niemerg Construction has always been five star which is why we continue to use them for all of our projects. Mark and his team created our dream home, a space that is beautiful, functional, comfortable and highly unusual. The ultra modern design took Niall, myself and our architect, Cass Calder Smith, two years to design, executing our vision was a challenge that Niemerg embraced with excellence. Cass has created incredible spaces around the world, he felt strongly that Niemerg's work was exceptional relative to the countless construction teams he had collaborated with. Though building can be stressful, Mark and his team do an excellent job leading even the most inexperienced customer through the numerous choices and options. They have a great sense of humor and are fun to work with. We recommend them highly, even if you have to wait!

We can help you with designing your home, or work from your plans. We will get multiple quotes for all aspects of the home to ensure you are getting the best value. To make the home building experience easier for you, we schedule and coordinate all the different types of work for you. We will also help you with your custom selections for your new home. Our reputation as a quality home builder has allowed us to build 200+ wonderful homes for many families ranging from classic ranch style homes to contemporary homes.
